9-30-09 Quick and Easy Four Ingredient Meals

BONELESS PORK CHOPS AND POTATOES A GRATIN
4 boneless pork chops about ¾ in thick
4 large baking potatoes (either baked or boiled and peeled) then cut into medium size pieces
8oz package Velveeta cheese, cut into slices
1 cup of milk
1) First bake or boil your potatoes until tender, let cool and then peel.
2) In a medium size sauté pan heat up a little vegetable oil, season pork chops with salt and pepper, and brown in the oil. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees .
3) In a shallow baking dish layer the potatoes, salt and pepper, slices of the cheese and milk.
4) When the pork chops are browned off, place them on top of the potatoes that have been layered with the cheese and milk. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
5) When the potatoes and pork have baked for 20 minutes, remove them from oven, un-cover and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
6) Remove them from the oven again and let cool for 5 minutes. Remove the pork chops and stir the potatoes really well. Serve and enjoy!
